Senior UI / UX Designer (Onsite)

The Senior UI/UX Designer will own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features across web and mobile platforms. They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Work closely with Product Managers to translate requirements and customer insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Advocate for design best practices and maintain a consistent design system across products.
- Thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience designing for both web and mobile applications in a product-focused environment.
- Expertise with Figma and other contemporary design/prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from research and ideation to final visual design.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
- Experience conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team environment.
