Support and optimize the e-commerce and customer journey across digital platforms while creating user-centered experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize the e-commerce and customer journey across all digital platforms (web and mobile), ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiences
- Create and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs that reflect both user needs and business goals
- Translate designs into actionable development plans and collaborate directly with engineers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation
- Conduct and assist in user research, usability testing, and QA testing to inform design decisions and ensure high-quality, cross-platform user experiences
- Contribute to and help maintain a centralized design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather input, prioritize features, and support product strategy through design-driven insights
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to support alignment and timely delivery
- Own design documentation and specifications, and provide regular updates to product leadership on progress, findings, and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably within healthcare technology or regulated industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in Figma
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile product environments
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles, capabilities, and limitations
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements as they relate to UI/UX design is a plus
