Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web—spanning patient flows, provider portals, and internal tools
- Lead design on key product initiatives from discovery through launch, using a mix of UX research, prototyping, and visual design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to align on goals, ship efficiently, and ensure a high bar for quality
- Use data, research, and customer insight to inform design decisions and continuously improve our product experiences
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite
- Help shape a culture of craft and care—we want to be known for the quality and intentionality of every interaction
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of product design experience creating engaging digital products
- You bring strong visual design and interaction design skills, paired with a user-first mindset
- You’re motivated by solving real, messy, complex problems, not just pushing pixels
- You’re a collaborative teammate who loves feedback, iteration, and learning from users
- You’re comfortable owning projects independently and navigating ambiguity with confidence
- You care about craft with a no detail is too small mentality, and you aim to deliver work that feels simple, elegant, and trustworthy
