Responsibilities
- Own design for a core product area from discovery through delivery
- Design AI-first experiences that feel intuitive, human, and powerful
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and benefits experts to simplify complex healthcare problems
- Translate research into flows, interfaces, and patterns that scale across web + mobile
- Advance our design system with coherent, aesthetic, and usable patterns
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, and production
- Contribute to a culture of user advocacy, thoughtful craft, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Senior-level designer with experience owning end-to-end product design
- Strong in research, synthesis, and storytelling
- Skilled in interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping
- AI-forward mindset, already experimenting with new tools and eager to design AI-native experiences
- Brings taste and craft to details that make an experience exceptional
- Scrappy, creative, and energized by ownership
- Collaborative and open, with a drive to make healthcare better for real people
