Lead design for core product areas and own the end-to-end user experience. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core product areas β from problem framing to polished execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Bring the clinician voice into the room β through research, usability testing, and systems thinking β and advocate for their needs across product decisions.
- Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity.
- Work scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters β sweat the details, but know how to move fast.
- Help us evolve our design system and shape design culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products.
- Can navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences.
- Strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design β to product and business direction.
- Value clarity and precision in both your design and your communication.
- Excited about the potential of AI and eager to explore new UX paradigms in AI-first products.
- Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving teams.
