Lead the design process for product requirements, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for product requirements, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct usability studies and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions that meet user needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products.
- Partner with internal teams and customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and prioritize features based on impact.
- Track and report on key KPIs related to the user experience to inform ongoing design decisions.
- Ensure product designs reflect the company’s brand identity and user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS or B2B product environment.
- Proven track record of designing effective web-based products, from research to delivery.
- Strong visual design skills with a modern digital portfolio demonstrating cohesive product experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and directly with customers.
- Curiosity-driven, detail-oriented, and able to balance creative problem-solving with practical execution.
- Experience conducting usability tests, gathering feedback, and iterating on design solutions.
