The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for delivering the best user experience across the PactFi application and will work closely with product managers to translate user needs into finished products. The designer will also incorporate customer feedback to enhance user experience over time.
Responsibilities
- Understand, map and analyze user roles and workflows within application eco system
- Work with business, clients and engineering to develop business and technical requirements and incorporate them into product design
- Plan and implement innovative designs across web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain demo and or wireframe prototypes for new products/ ideas/ business development
- Test, evaluate and optimize for intuitiveness and experience on an ongoing basis
Requirements
- 5 years + experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications for B2B software applications
- Experience in Figma or another widely used wireframing/ prototyping tool
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker/problem solver and customer-centered
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
