Senior UX Designer, Jules

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide creative solutions. Own the user experience by exploring user needs and crafting high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams from early-stage product direction, concepting, and prototyping, through learning user needs, iterating, and launching.
• Own the user experience, including exploring user needs, defining wireframes, and crafting high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate key ideas, user journeys, and decision points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience designing user-facing products in the emerging technology space, including experimenting with AI technologies.
• Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments.

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization (preferred).
• 2 years of experience leading design projects (preferred).
• Experience in the advanced use of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools (preferred).
• Experience with code hosting platforms (preferred).
• Experience with functional prototyping skills, coding and the ability to craft high-fidelity mockups and test functional ideas (preferred).
