As a Product Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs and ensure alignment with brand goals. You'll also champion inclusive design and communicate with external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including Software Engineers, Researchers, Strategists, Creatives, and Project Managers
  • Support senior designers and engage with international team members
  • Execute various design tasks including sketching, wireframing, building IA, motion design, and conducting usability tests
  • Produce high-quality visual designs that embody the clientโ€™s brand identity
  • Collaborate with content strategists to ensure cohesive alignment between content strategy and design
  • Assist in developing lightweight and purposeful design systems
  • Create prototypes in Figma to explore and iterate on design ideas
  • Apply visual design principles and user experience best practices
  • Utilize research, analytics, and SEO insights to inform design decisions
  • Adhere to platform and accessibility best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of designing digital products
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and other Adobe applications
  • A portfolio that exemplifies strong visual design and a focus on defining the user experience
  • Proven understanding of user experience best practices and platform standards
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and advanced design principles
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices
  • Knowledge of whatโ€™s possible on modern digital platforms and platform design standards
  • Capacity to work under ambiguity and move forward with imperfect data
  • Conceptual thinking to translate customer needs, behaviors, and project requirements
  • Experience in effectively presenting and communicating design decisions to stakeholders or clients
  • Commitment to personal growth and openness to mentorship
