As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design engagements for large and complex projects, driving the design direction and execution. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with international clients to ensure design concepts align with product strategy goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating daily with a multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Researchers, Strategists, Creatives, and Project Managers
  • Engaging with international clients, interfacing with high-level stakeholders
  • Leading ideation sessions, workshops, demos, and presentations with clients on-site
  • Establishing design schedules, ensuring final visual design concepts are on-brand, on-budget, and deliver on product strategy goals
  • Designing products using sketch, wireframe, design, prototype, animate
  • Prototyping to communicate the look and feel of a project using Figma
  • Collaborating with design peers to ensure designs are conceptually sound
  • Ensuring content strategy and design are aligned
  • Building cohesive, lightweight, and purposeful design systems
  • Continuously iterating designs to stay current with mobile trends
  • Giving and receiving design critique
  • Presenting work to internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentoring new product designers and interns
  • Pushing for and creating inclusive, accessible design

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of designing digital products
  • Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and user experience focus
  • Experience shipping and launching several products
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and advanced design principles
  • Conceptual thinking to translate customer needs and project requirements
  • Experience presenting and communicating design decisions to clients and team members
  • Knowledge of modern digital platforms and design standards (e.g., HIG, Material Design)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Empathy for client needs and problem-solving
  • Commitment to being a trusted mentor and thought leader
