Product Designer role in Freiham, responsible for creating mechanical models, improving product designs, and supporting manufacturing processes using 3D CAD software.
Responsibilities
- Create mechanical models and drawings using 3D CAD software in accordance with specifications provided by engineers
- Modify existing designs to improve products and optimize manufacturing processes
- Impress stakeholders with suggestions for enhancing product quality and procedures
- Ensure timely reporting on the progress and status of your tasks at all times
- Support regulatory affairs, marketing, and product management with technical information
- Collaborate closely with engineers to support manufacturing partners and drive process improvements
- Review and generate change requests (CR) as needed
- Assist in design control activities to ensure high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- Completed secondary education or hold an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in product design
- Proficient in using 3D CAD software such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
