Ki Technologies seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team, focusing on user-centered design and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces considering user experience in collaboration with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Participate in wireframe co-creation sessions, design navigable mockups, interactions, and interaction deliverables
- Actively participate in discovery, creation, prototyping, and testing processes
- Ensure adherence to interaction best practices, consistency, visual patterns, accessibility, etc.
- Research market trends and references to inspire new functionalities for user value
Requirements
- Reside in Chile, ideally Santiago, and be willing to visit the office at least once a month
- Proven experience in designing interfaces for digital products with a user-centered perspective
- Experience working in user-centered design teams
- Advanced knowledge of information architecture
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Understanding of usability heuristics and patterns
- Experience with design libraries
- Optional: Experience with tools for animated proposals
- Experience with Agile, Lean UX, Sprint Design, and DesignOps methodologies
- Knowledge of mobile design components and principles (iOS & Android)
- Management skills in UX design with PO and stakeholders
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research
