Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create engaging, on-brand visuals across various channels including social media, email, and print. They will collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs into high-converting visual campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and print.
• Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts.
• Own and evolve the brand visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable).
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns.
• Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene.

Key Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva (bonus).
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene.
