The Mid-weight Graphic Designer will create visually striking designs across various formats, managing projects from concept to delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team, engaging with clients, and ensuring brand consistency in all outputs.
Responsibilities
- Generate, develop, and present design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Take ownership of design projects—digital and print materials, social media graphics, presentations, and event collateral—ensuring work is completed on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the wider Creative team, including Junior and Senior Designers, as well as other departments, to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to client meetings and presentations, translating briefs into compelling visual solutions and presenting creative ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure all outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and elevate the visual identity across every touchpoint.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and colleagues constructively to sharpen and enhance final deliverables.
- Stay informed on design trends, techniques, and tools to inject fresh thinking into your work.
- Support and guide Junior Designers, fostering their professional development within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Significant professional design experience, ideally within a creative agency or sports marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
- Proven talent for developing bold, innovative design solutions.
- Meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, approachable, and supportive team spirit.
- Excellent time management skills.
