The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency. This role involves collaborating with the MarCom team to support marketing campaigns and manage multiple design projects.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, brochures, flyers, banners, powerpoints and print/digital advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic design work aligns with the companyβs brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the MarCom team to create graphics supporting and enhancing marketing campaigns, product launches and events.
- Creative Strategy: Work with the MarCom team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and target audience needs.
- Content Development: Design and produce graphics for digital content, including social media posts, web pages, infographics and video content.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions, ensuring final designs meet expectations and project requirements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality graphics within deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriter(s), digital team, video team, project manager, events and other designers to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
- Experience with web design tools and content management tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and promotional materials, with a keen eye for visual composition, typography and color theory.
- Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
