Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals that align with marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Designing and producing promotional and operational materials for programs, departments, and special events, including brochures, handbooks, invitations, flyers, advertisements, programs, and signage.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Create and edit templates for recurring use (e.g., social media posts, email newsletters).
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in creating/obtaining content for newsletters/social media/print.
- Assist in planning, promoting, preparing materials for, and executing special events.
- Assist in collecting and organization of photographs and videos of programs and special events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and implement social media practices and procedures.
- Assist in supporting other marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
- Represent the organization at events as requested.
- Perform related job duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Experience working with Greater Giving and Constant Contact is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
- Present self professionally in appearance and mannerism at all times.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours from time to time, including evenings or weekends.
- Infrequent travel: 0-10 days/year.
- Pass a criminal history background check and FBI fingerprint check.
