Design eye-catching marketing materials and work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts. Optimize designs for various digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency and analyzing performance for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, website banners, and video content.
- Work with other departments to develop creative concepts, ensuring designs align with overall strategies and business goals.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms, maximizing engagement and performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials by strictly adhering to company guidelines.
- Analyze the performance of design assets and implement data-driven improvements to boost engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing and design trends, continuously refining your craft.
- Manage vendor relationships related to all branding and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a graphic design role.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and video editing tools.
- Solid understanding of web and UI, UX design, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas to non-design team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO and creating optimized design assets for online performance.
