Sr Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will create marketing collateral, digital assets, and videos while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves managing multiple projects from concept to completion within established brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling assets for websites, landing pages, email templates, web banners, and paid media ads in partnership with UX, customer experience, and analytics teams.
- Develop marketing materials for all brands, including brochures, POP, advertisements, and logos.
- Create storyboards for video production and assist with photo and video shoots.
- Perform photo editing and retouching to ensure every visual meets high standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, using project management skills to deliver on time and within scope.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Art or Graphic Design.
- 7+ years of experience in web and print design, video, and photo editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles to inform design decisions.
- Project Management experience required with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio review required.
