The Graphic Designer Senior will create visual identities, advertising campaigns, and branding materials while guiding junior designers. They will collaborate with various teams to align design with business objectives and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Creation of visual identities, advertising campaigns, digital pieces, and branding materials
- Accompany and guide the work of junior designers and external collaborators
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to align design with business objectives
- Propose innovative creative solutions based on user insights and market trends
- Manage multiple projects with different priorities and tight deadlines
- Present and defend your proposals to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- UI/UX Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience as a senior graphic designer
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) will be a plus
- Experience in brand design, UX/UI, motion graphics, or animation will be a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Advanced English
