The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will participate in creative projects from concept to completion, creating inspiring 3D animation content for various marketing platforms. They will collaborate closely with the Brand Creative team to ensure high-quality work that aligns with the brand's artistic vision.
Responsibilities
- Participate in creative projects from concept to completion
- Create inspiring 3D animation content for new products, Co-Labs, and branded materials across all marketing platforms (Ads/E-comm/Social)
- Generate realistic product renderings with strong visual elements, including texture and lighting
- Understand product USPs and craft content that effectively tells stories through visuals, motivating, inspiring, educating, and selling products
- Carry through content creation from start to finish
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual guidelines through understanding, creation, and quality control
- Research new ideas, initiate innovative and creative executions
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, E-commerce, and Marketing teams
- Explore and utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT) to support animation concepts, asset generation, and creative workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in 3D animation
- Experience in rigging and 3D modeling
- Prior work experience in lifestyle, fashion, or tech brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in 3D software, such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, or Keyshot
- Familiarity with Octane, Redshift, or other render engines
- Good eye for aesthetics and understanding of design principles
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Organized and possesses basic project management skills
