The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media and company materials. This includes designing graphics such as illustrations, logos, and layouts while managing the company’s visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Design creative visual content for various advertising purposes, including social media, print, and digital platforms
- Generate and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and digital content
- Continuously enhance the quality and consistency of all company visuals, while proposing innovative improvements
- Design a wide range of corporate materials, including stationery, presentations, giveaways, and internal documents
- Maintain and implement the company’s visual identity across all communication materials
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate production of marketing materials
- Interpret design briefs, define requirements, and work within budget and time constraints
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to determine project goals and creative direction
- Create visuals based on requirements, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and digital artwork
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of branding, packaging, advertising, multimedia, and digital design
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Familiarity with production processes and working with print vendors
