The Senior Graphic Designer will create striking, on-brand graphics for various touchpoints including event branding, social media, and marketing collateral. This role involves developing creative concepts and ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for events, campaigns, and internal communications
- Design event branding materials including logos, stage backdrops, banners, and digital screens
- Create compelling designs for social media, print, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing, and production to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Translate briefs and business objectives into strong visual storytelling
- Ensure all designs meet technical specs, brand standards, and production requirements
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output
- Lead or support junior designers through mentoring and feedback when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the events or advertising industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and event-related design work
- Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
