Responsibilities
- Creating high-quality concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive sales.
- Working with AI tools to move faster and scale creative output while maintaining quality.
- Researching, understanding, and applying current marketing trends to create content that drives sales.
- Using data insights to create and refine content that delivers measurable results.
Requirements
- A portfolio that reflects potential to increase conversion rates and opt-ins.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Proven skills in creating high-quality concepts and design solutions using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a design-related field.
- Marketing-savvy with knowledge of current marketing trends.
- Data-driven with an understanding of metrics.
- Solid working knowledge of design and development tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and AI tools like MidJourney & Adobe Firefly.
- Experience working in a digital marketing environment.
