Onsite $70,000 - $80,000 Full-time Senior

The Senior Graphic Designer will fulfill advisor marketing design requests and ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines. They will also provide subject matter expertise on design and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill advisor marketing design requests for collaterals and materials for print, signage, and screen.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with Raymond James Ltd.'s brand guidelines by using and customizing the appropriate templates.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on design, accessibility, and brand compliance to advisors and other members of the Advisor Marketing team.
  • Ensure accessibility in all designs to cater to diverse audiences.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and/or screen
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, as well as regulatory updates, to continuously improve design quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Provide art direction/coaching support to other designers.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a hybrid of agency and in-house roles
  • Proficiency in Brand governance and working within brand guidelines
  • Template development and scalable design solutions
  • Design and artwork preparation standards for print and digital
  • Standard industry tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and accessibility.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of task ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
