Manage the project from planning to delivery, ensuring high standards of finished work. Collaborate with various teams to solve design challenges and create innovative solutions for digital mediums.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project from planning, design, execution and delivery
- Manage the execution of assets, typography, logos, icons and interfaces for multiple platforms
- Understand the design challenges of individual projects and able to provide creative solutions
- Collaborate openly with various disciplines and teams to produce high standards of finished work in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Able to solve problems with innovative solutions for websites, apps, digital activations, and other digital mediums
- Create and produce interactive design solutions
- Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in design or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in advertising agency
- Exceptional portfolio of advertising designs cross ATL and digital campaigns, work experience from fashion industry is a plus
- Ability to work with videographer and photographer on execution
- Experience with design application e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Know how to develop visual direction and concept for advertising campaign
- Understanding of street culture and Hypebeast's aesthetics and branding
- Knowledge with motion graphic/3D design application is a plus, e.g. Adobe After Effect, Cinema4D
