Home Based Senior Graphic Designer

Develop original designs tailored to client specifications and create a variety of graphics and layouts. Oversee design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while collaborating closely with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop original designs tailored to client specifications, brand identity, and project requirements.
• Create a variety of graphics and layouts, including product illustrations, logos, and pre-production artwork.
• Ensure creative outputs align with imprint and decoration method limitations for promotional products.
• Conceptualize and execute design strategies within given resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Review and refine final layouts, providing creative recommendations while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with clients, interpreting their ideas and managing expectations.
• Perform additional design-related and team-support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience leading creative teams and developing brand concepts.
• Strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
