Design branded thumbnail templates for YouTube video podcasts and create three variations per episode based on producer briefs. Collaborate with producers to iterate based on feedback and contribute new concepts that improve performance over time.
Responsibilities
- Design branded thumbnail templates in Photoshop for YouTube video podcasts.
- Create three thumbnail variations per episode based on producer briefs.
- Build Canva templates for audio-only shows based on provided podcast artwork and brand guidelines.
- Interpret and expand on briefs, adding your own creative ideas.
- Collaborate with producers to iterate based on feedback from internal and client teams.
- Adapt to a variety of brand styles, including more professional and corporate tones.
- Contribute new concepts and thumbnail strategies that improve performance over time.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails that perform.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva.
- A strong eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and design for conversion.
- Experience following and adapting brand guidelines.
- Comfort working with project management tools.
- Access to your own preferred design tools (asset libraries provided).
