E-Learning Graphic Designer

Develop visually appealing and pedagogically effective graphic elements for e-learning content. Collaborate with the e-learning development team to ensure designs align with learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and pedagogically effective graphic elements for e-learning contents, including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, animations, and interactive media.
• Editing and integrating video or audio into e-learning contents.
• Collaborate with the e-learning development team to ensure designs align with learning objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive designs to enhance the user learning experience.
• Ensure visual consistency across all e-learning materials.
• Manage and maintain e-learning graphic assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design, incorporating innovative and effective techniques into e-learning contents creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience minimum 3 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-learning or educational technology industry.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, After Effect, Audition, etc.)
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools Storyline360 is a must
• A strong graphic design portfolio, that includes e-learning related work.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to align visual elements with learning objectives.
• Knowledge of basic HTML, javascript, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of up-to-date technology or trends in e-learning development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free graphics within specified deadlines.
• Can do attitude and ability to show initiative.
