The role involves studying design briefs, preparing outputs, and meeting operational targets with minimal supervision. The designer will maintain high quality standards and complete required training.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements, prepare, and deliver process specific output and meet the operational targets set for the team by working independently with minimum supervision and guidance from senior members and subject matter experts
- Maintain high quality standards in the output as defined by the process and customer requirements
- Adhere to the learning phase timelines for industry and process knowledge requirements
- Complete required/undergo process trainings
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree (Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus)
- 0 to 2 years of proven Graphic Designing experience
- Working Knowledge of design software’s such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc
- Working knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
