Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure functional and aesthetic goals are met. Maintain and update existing websites, optimize for SEO and performance, and produce creative assets as needed.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Elementor
- Customize themes and plugins to suit unique project requirements
- Maintain and update existing websites, identifying and resolving issues
- Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and performance
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement UI/UX best practices for seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs into live pages
- Conduct ongoing testing and performance monitoring
- Produce creative assets and support graphic design needs
- Manage GoDaddy hosting accounts and related technical tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing with WordPress and Elementor
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for design and layout
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a creative, design-first mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and power — must be able to work consistently without interruptions
- Experience in graphic design is essential
Key Skills
- Experience with DNS, hosting configurations, and site migrations
- Familiarity with GoDaddy or similar hosting providers
