The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to produce branded collateral and support various marketing initiatives. This role includes heavy graphic production with a focus on maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce a wide range of creative material.
- Drive alignment around design decisions by soliciting, synthesizing, and managing design feedback.
- Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging copy & creative concepts.
- Ensure that content maintains brand consistency across multiple channels.
- Collaborate internally with Marketing & Product VPs to develop branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
- Build distributor assets.
- Work with social media and e-comm managers to develop assets.
- Partner with Sr. Content Manager & Marketing Coordinator to maintain digital asset library.
- Follow company policies and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' professional graphic design experience in an advertising or in-house creative role.
- Strategic ability to solve problems and understand, communicate, and develop creative solutions.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating and executing strategic concepts and high-quality design.
- Strong typography skills.
- Experience working off of an established brand guideline.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
Key Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Strong typography skills.
- Experience with WRIKE (Task Management) or similar.
- Copywriting skills.
