The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets that align with the company's brand identity and marketing strategies. This includes developing marketing materials, designing digital content, and collaborating with teams on creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design marketing materials, including posters, billboards, logos, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, and online campaigns, optimized for different platforms.
- Prepare and format designs for printing, ensuring high-resolution quality and color accuracy for physical advertisements and materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts, campaign visuals, and branding strategies.
- Retouch, enhance, and manipulate images to align with marketing needs and brand aesthetics.
- Create basic animations, GIFs, or video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (a plus).
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the companyβs creative strategy.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to adapt designs for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Sketch) is an advantage.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic vision, with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, working well within a team environment.
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback in a fast-paced setting.
