The Lead Graphic Designer will manage end-to-end creative project development while leading a team of creative staff. They will ensure brand consistency and oversee video content production.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative project development within budget and deadlines
- Lead and develop a creative team with strong supervisory skills
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual outputs
- Stay updated on industry trends and software
- Monitor project progress and collaborate with other departments
- Oversee video content production, including ideation and brand management
Requirements
- 2-3 years digital graphic design, web design, video editing experience in a related field is a must
- Ability to use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Familiar with user experience (UX) design
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to be trained
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity, etc.
- Creative mind, interviewing and storytelling skills
