Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design for integrated advertising campaigns while collaborating with copywriters and strategists. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design for integrated advertising campaigns, including digital, social media, print, branding, and environmental design.
• Partner with copywriters to form a powerful creative team, translating marketing strategies into brilliant creative concepts and storytelling.
• Articulate and present creative concepts and design decisions clearly and persuasively to internal teams and, when needed, directly to clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems for clients, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and fostering a positive, collaborative creative environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring all work is on-time, on-budget, and of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Account, Media, and Production teams, to ensure seamless project completion and strategic alignment.
• Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, and champion innovation and process improvement within the creative department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong preference for a background in an advertising agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
• An outstanding online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work and exceptional design craft.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must).
• Proven ability to translate complex creative briefs and strategic objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
