Graphic Designer

Lead design projects from concept to completion while managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across teams. Translate complex real estate concepts into compelling graphics and presentations for client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across teams.
• Ensure all deliverables align with Cushman & Wakefield’s branding and client messaging.
• Translate complex real estate concepts into compelling graphics, presentations, and proposals using custom visuals and multimedia elements.
• Work closely with sales, design, and subject matter experts, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with design trends, maintain graphic libraries, and propose creative solutions that enhance client engagement and business development.

Requirements

• Graduate with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in a corporate sales, proposal management, or marketing environment.
• Skilled in SharePoint and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Strong IT skills with enthusiasm to learn new tools like video editing, UI design, or Ceros.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
