The Associate - Motion Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design marketing assets, create UI/UX designs, and leverage AI design tools to enhance workflows. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into visual assets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives
- Create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects
- Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora or similar)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora or similar)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
