Onsite Full-time Junior

The Junior Graphic Designer will design and produce various visual materials including newsletters, campaign materials, and social media assets. They will also support senior designers and collaborate with team members on creative concepts and executions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce newsletters, campaign materials, banners, social media assets, landing pages, and video content at a high visual standard.
  • Create motion design and video editing for campaigns, social channels, and presentations.
  • Contribute to ideas and concepts for campaigns, including photo shoots, videos, and layouts.
  • Support senior graphic designers and collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Draft and design presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist in the execution of creative concepts and productions.
  • Create event collateral in support of the Event Team.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our corporate identity guidelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent) for motion graphics and video editing.
  • Minimum of 1 year professional design experience, ideally in online media, fashion, or advertising.
  • Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects independently.
  • Familiarity with the aesthetics of luxury fashion and an understanding of the Mytheresa look and feel.
  • A proactive contributor and true team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable communicating and working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
