Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually compelling templates, infographics, and process workflows for customer bids and presentations
- Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to translate technical information and data into clear, effective visuals
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable document assets
- Format and manage large-scale documents, focusing on user-friendly layouts and professional polish
- Prioritize and manage a schedule of multiple design projects, ensuring all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a focus on document design and information graphics
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and consistency
