The Senior Graphic Designer will take ideas from concept to production, creating designs for a range of premium products. This role involves collaboration with the Art Department and Product Development team to develop logos, graphics, and packaging.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Art Department and Product Development team to develop compelling logos, apparel graphics, packaging, patterns, and final tech packs.
- Lead projects from concept through production, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure innovative, high-quality results.
- Support putter development, contribute to brand protection efforts, and help onboard new team members, mentoring them in high standards and creative culture.
Requirements
- A killer illustration portfolio.
- Hands-on experience designing for product, especially print techniques, embroidery, materials, and working with production teams.
- Self-direction, collaboration, and confidence to make innovative designs.
- Experience in collectible design, action sports culture, fashion, accessories, or toys (bonus).
- Familiarity with drop culture and community-based commerce (bonus).
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital art tools
- Production accuracy across materials like Vinyl, PU, cotton, and steel
- Clarity, concept, and taste in design
