The Graphic Designer will develop creative concepts and design assets from scratch, ensuring they align with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to support messaging and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Creative Concept Development: Translate creative briefs into thoughtful design concepts, explore visual storytelling, and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Custom Asset Design & Production: Design assets from scratch, prepare final deliverables, and ensure brand identity reflection
- Branding & Visual Identity: Contribute to branding systems, build visual consistency, and refresh stale visuals
- Team Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams, own projects, manage revisions, and maintain deadlines
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- A portfolio showcasing original work not modified templates or stock-heavy designs
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience in developing or contributing to visual brand systems
- Ability to present creative concepts and explain design decisions clearly
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
