UI/UX Designer

Design modern, user-centric interfaces and guide developers on best practices for implementation. Perform thorough QA testing to ensure high-quality user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design website and application interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with user experience best practices in mind
- Work closely with frontend developers to translate design mockups into code, advising on tools like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS Grid, or Flexbox
- Create responsive and interactive prototypes, and provide detailed design handoffs using Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or similar
- Recommend frontend libraries or UI frameworks that align with the design intent and performance goals
- Perform UX/UI audits and usability testing to identify friction points and propose design improvements
- Document UI behavior, animations, spacing, and interactions using Design Tokens, Style Guides, or Component Libraries
- Log bugs and enhancements using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and follow up with development teams to ensure resolution
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design with front end implementation exposure
- Strong eye for detail and consistency
- Solid communication skills to act as the bridge between creative and technical teams
Key Skills
- Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Frontend Understanding: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass, JavaScript basics
- Prototyping & Handoff: Figma, Zeplin, InVision
- Testing: Responsively App, Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Hotjar
- Collaboration & Task Management: Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of component-based design (e.g., React components), accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization
