As a UX Designer, you will drive user-centered design by conducting research and creating intuitive interfaces for B2B products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementations and champion user insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive User-Centered Design: Conduct research and gather insights
- Create Exceptional Experiences: Develop journey maps, wireframes, and process flows
- Lead Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a robust design system
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Champion Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and interviews
- Iterate and Improve: Participate in design sprints, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance product designs
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, mobile, or cross-platform applications
- Compelling body of work showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and a user-centered design process
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools such as FigJam and Miro
- Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, grid systems, and design trends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
