The Senior UX Designer will partner with product managers and data teams to define and execute product strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include mapping user journeys, conducting usability tests, and creating design prototypes to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Key partner along with PM and data in defining and executing our product strategy and roadmap.
- Mapping out user journeys and the respective user flows for different personas.
- Storytelling chops, bringing these user stories and insights to life.
- Presenting insights and rallying the team to co-create solutions.
- Driven by data and research, designing and analyzing workflows to support key business objectives.
- Creating design prototypes, micro-interactions and transitions.
- Conducting usability tests.
Requirements
- Degree with 5+ years of experience as a professional UX Designer, design experience with consumer products a plus.
- Experience designing solutions and Design systems.
- Creative, seeing things differently and coming up with solutions that solve problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical people, strong opinions loosely held.
- Experience working in start-up and/or media company environments a plus.
- Conversation skills in either Spanish or Portuguese for interviewing our global audience a plus.
