As a UX Designer, you will design user-centric digital experiences and collaborate with product leads, analysts, and developers. You will lead user research initiatives and develop prototypes to improve airport travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery research to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Plan and facilitate usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- Work with Digital Analysts to interpret behavioural data and validate assumptions
- Run workshops with stakeholders to align on problems, explore ideas, and prioritise solutions
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and design standards
- Present and clearly articulate your work, process, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads, working iteratively to improve and deliver value
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in UX design roles, ideally working on complex web platforms
- Strong user research skills, including planning and conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform designs
- Experience designing end-to-end experiences, from early discovery through to high-fidelity UI
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
- Experience with internal tooling or SaaS platforms (desirable)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
