Hybrid Full-time

As a UX Designer, you will design user-centric digital experiences and collaborate with product leads, analysts, and developers. You will lead user research initiatives and develop prototypes to improve airport travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery research to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Plan and facilitate usability testing (moderated and unmoderated)
  • Work with Digital Analysts to interpret behavioural data and validate assumptions
  • Run workshops with stakeholders to align on problems, explore ideas, and prioritise solutions
  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system and design standards
  • Present and clearly articulate your work, process, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices
  • Collaborate in cross-functional squads, working iteratively to improve and deliver value

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in UX design roles, ideally working on complex web platforms
  • Strong user research skills, including planning and conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys
  • Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform designs
  • Experience designing end-to-end experiences, from early discovery through to high-fidelity UI
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
  • Experience with internal tooling or SaaS platforms (desirable)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
