Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on users, usage behaviors, and scientists' typical research workflows.
• Own the end-to-end user experience across an area of the product.
• Talk to users and apply feedback to design user experiences.
• Evaluate product areas and information architecture for long-term success.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Critique and drive continuous evolution of the product design, design system, and practices.

Requirements

• Experiment with and use AI to improve design and research workflows.
• Experience designing scalable user experiences in complex domains.
• Ownership of the end-to-end user experience for an entire product.
• Experience developing, launching, and iterating ambiguous and broad product surfaces.
• Insatiable user-obsession to understand users and design technical products driving business outcomes.
