You will design new features from scratch and improve existing user flows to optimize the customer journey. Collaborating closely with product engineering, growth, and customer teams, you will translate user needs and business goals into world-class experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design new features from scratch, identifying bottlenecks and improving existing user flows
- Help continuously optimize the full customer journey
- Work closely with the product engineering, growth, and customer teams to deeply understand both user needs and business goals—and translate those into world-class experiences
- Be a self-starter who is energetic, empathic, and cares about beautifully intuitive user interfaces and world-class user experience
- Be obsessed with helping buyers reach their goal, and have CRO close to the heart
- Be result-driven & resilient, able to excel in a rapidly changing environment
- Be a good listener, able to understand the needs and reasons of different stakeholders & end-users
- Be customer-centric, with a proven track record of involving real users & feedback in the design process to understand their pain-points
- Be a fast-learner, able to pick up new tooling as well as understand the other aspects of Droppe’s operations & core business
- Have a hunger for re-inventing, questioning all the learned workflows, and learning how AI can be scaled to be a whole team
- Enjoy fast-paced teams where initiative and accountability generate results every day
- Be creative, finding new solutions to old industry problems, liking to automate things & continuously remove bottlenecks

Requirements
- Proven track record in top-performing e-commerce & CRO
- Strong UI design experience and a good grasp of modern design patterns
- Extensive experience in UX research and UX fundamentals
- Proven track record in self-built AI workflows & proactive hunger for learning the latest tech
- Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces, especially Prosumer / B2B
- Experience in Figma & scaling larger design systems
- Good eye for design, cares deeply about world-class UX, and has projects to back this up
- Skills in GA4 and exploring e-commerce data is considered a strong plus
- Experience in fashion e-commerce or top-conversion-rate-performing e-commerce brands is a great plus
- Knowledge of multiple European languages (esp. DE, SE, FI) is considered a plus
- Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design, with minimum 2 years in e-commerce / CRO
- Required to be located within the boundaries of Europe
