Senior Product Designer, Core Experience

Hone is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Core Experience team, focusing on designing intuitive and engaging patient experiences for their health application.
Responsibilities
- Work strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the patient application/experience
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Lead and conduct user research and data analysis
- Work within and contribute to the Design System
- Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting cross-functionally
- Inspire the team and stakeholders with innovative ideas
- Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises
- Help shape the culture of a growing design team
- Drive the adoption of user-centered processes, methodologies, and tools
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consumer product design in an agile environment
- Outstanding portfolio of award-winning design for consumer products
- Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent visual design craft
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare / healthtech experience is a plus
