Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to define user experiences
- Design user flows and information architecture diagrams
- Establish UX patterns and present design solutions to developers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective product solutions
- Enhance the design system with new guidelines and define component behaviors
Requirements
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of experience designing for web, mobile, or healthcare software
- 5+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or Figma
- Undergraduate degree in Human/Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or an equivalent combination of training in user experience design or product user-centered disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to solve product problems effectively through a consistent product portfolio showcasing proficient UX design solutions
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools
- Expertise in user research, user design, and UX writing
- Strong understanding of visual communication and user-centered design principles
- Knowledge of MVP methodology and frontend concepts
- Ability to define and document component behavior within a scalable design system
