Define the user experience of the Digital Compliance Office platform and lead the DCO 3.0 initiative. Collaborate with the product team and engineering to create effective design solutions and establish a design system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility
- Conduct a full audit of the existing DCO platform, identify key areas for UX improvement, and present a clear vision and strategy for the DCO 3.0 redesign
- Develop and implement V1 of the new Design System in Miro, Figma or your tool of choice
- Establish a mature, scalable design process for the entire product team
- Be the go-to expert for all things design and user experience at SECJUR
Requirements
- Senior Product Designer with proven experience designing complex, data-rich B2B SaaS applications
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise across the full design stack
- Expert with modern design tools like Figma and Miro
- Experience creating and maintaining a scalable Design System
- Technical empathy and understanding of frontend development
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate user needs and business goals into design solutions
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
- Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizen or valid Portuguese work permit)
