Responsibilities
- Establish Design Excellence: Define, articulate, and implement high quality UX/UI standards across all products
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with product engineers to design product features
- Design Cohesion: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual and interactive user journey
- Ownership of Web UX/UI: Fully own and elevate the design and user experience of the marketing website
- Consumer Centric Vision: Deeply understand user needs and translate insights into pragmatic design solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at fast-growing early and growth stage companies (Series A-D, 20-120 employees)
- Strategic and pragmatic approach
- Portfolio of work showcasing an ability to make products solving complex problems intuitive
- Comfortable working alone
- Collaborative communicator
- Adaptable in their approach
